1.Ice for pretty skin:
To make your skin shine rub ice cube on your skin. If you are getting late for a dinner party and you have no time to apply make up then rub a piece of ice cube over face. This also works religiously to cure sunburns.
2.For shiny hairs.
Soak three table spoon Black lentils in water over night. In the morning make a paste of them. Now add one egg, lemon juice of one lemon and one cup curd, and mix them. Apply it on your hairs and keep them for 30 minutes and then wash it with cold water.
3. Benefits of bitter gourd
Bitter gourd may be bitter in taste but is very good for health. Bitter gourd reduces level of glucose which is useful for diabetic patients. This even purifies blood. It has beta- keratin which makes eyes healthier.

Does the ice really work? It's not that difficult to try right so I'll give that a go. Not sure about the hair shine. I hate raw egg and the thought of rubbing it into my hair creeps me out slightly lol!
