Three Easy beauty tips #8

1.For beautiful skin

If your skin is getting dry or is not losing its natural shine then apply olive oil to skin. Olive oil contains omega 3 fatty acid and anti-oxidants which makes your skin soft. This will also add bring in natural shine to your skin.

2. For shiny hairs.

Take one egg in a bowl and add lemon to it. Now mix them properly and apply to your hairs and leave it for half an hour. Now wash your hairs with cold water and then shampoo. This will make your hairs shine. Lemon will help to get rid of roughness, dryness and dandruff where egg brings in shine back to hairs. In case you don't have lemon then you can use curd as well.

3. Benefits of Paneer(Cottage cheese/ Curd Cheese):

Paneer is an Indian cheese which is made be curling heated milk with lemon and other such food acids. It is very nutritious as it has high concentration of calcium which helps in making bones stronger. It also contains Vitamin D in good concentration. If you are suffering from cough and cold then Paneer will help you cure faster than only having milk.
