Its summers! and you want to enjoy with your friends on beach and at the same time ditch the harmful rays of the sun? Here is what to should keep in mind for healthy and beautiful hairs.
1. Avoid hair treatment and coloring:
Because its summers, the sun will be on your head and its harmful rays will make your hair dry. So this season try to keep your hairs away from any kind of hair treatment which will make your hair drier. And even if it is spa or it is home keep away from hair coloring as that may make your hairs drier.
2.Check conditioner before use:
Many of us are an advertiser's dream- by this I mean many of buy a conditioner(/product) not by its ingredients but because a celebrity is promoting it in the Ad. Buying a product without checking its ingredients or formula may damage your hairs. When ever you buy a conditioner check its ingredients. This is the season where you should focus on conditioner more than shampoo. Its is suggested- before jumping into the pool apply leave-in conditioner on your hairs and do wear hair mask.
3.Apply shampoo on scalp:
So its summers and you are going to sweat, sweat a lot! And your scalp will sweat too! But this doesn't mean shampoo daily will make your hairs shinny and bouncy, instead, it may make your hairs dry. So wash your hairs alternate day or suiting your requirement, but avoid washing them daily. Because your hairs look dry and dirty that means your scalp is dry and dirty. Apply shampoo on your scalp to clean it as fresher your scalp fresh will be hairs. Your scalp provides all nourishment to your hairs so keep your scalp healthy hairs will become healthy by themselves.
4.Shampoo your hairs after swimming not before:
When you go inside the pool, the pool water may wash off all the natural oils from your beautiful hairs. These oils protect your hairs from dryness and problems like itching. So when you shampoo your hairs, you clean dirt from your hairs. Along with dirt, natural oils also gets washed off. And with these bare hairs if you jump in chlorinated pool water you may make your scalp dry and itchy. So shampoo your hairs after playing in pool not before.
5.Open up your hairs:
The first thing is get your hairs trimmed so you get rid of all split-ends from your hairs. Don't always tie up your hairs, let them loose too. Try out various hair styles like pony tails, or knots or bun etc.So you not only style them but also help fight dryness.
6.Avoid Hot hair tools:
To keep your hairs strong you should avoid regular use of HOT HAIR STYLING TOOLS. These tools damage your hairs resulting in easily breakable hairs, dry hairs etc. You can style your hairs in natural way like for wavy hairs, tie your hairs in bun or braids at night when you wake up next morning you find them naturally wavy. Likewise you can try out other hairstyles too :)
