The Four Fountain Spa, South Extension Delhi Review

SPA... What is the first thing comes to your mind? Relax and rejuvenate.....this is my first thought. I had very busy schedule, past three weeks as I was working day and night in office and then home. My body was demanding time and off course peace. as well Taking a SPA was actually need of the hour. When The Four Fountain Spa in Delhi asked me to enjoy there services I had to say YES!

About The Four Fountain Spa in Delhi

Escape from the stress of Delhi's hectic city life by relaxing at Four Fountains De-Stress Spa - India's largest chain of affordable health spas. Experience over 20 spa therapies for de-stressing, de-toxification, immunity and beauty at surprisingly affordable prices.

Traveling in metro is very tiring, as you don't get place to sit. So when I reached the spa I was exhausted but soothing aroma of lavender started relaxing me and my heart which was pumping blood quickly started to calm down. The ambiance is beautiful. Ajay (Guest health executive) guided me through the therapies which they provide and help me understand as well as suggest me what can be the best therapy for the day.

Then I was guided to my room by Dr Pragya Shukla along with my therapist Laxmi. Dr Pragya asked me some necessary questions like do I have pain in my body? Do I have back pain, if yes then lower or upper?Accordingly she advised the therapist to take special care of those body parts.

As here In India monsoon have arrived so I thought of taking monsoon therapy. Hence I took the neem and tea tree therapy. This will prevent from any monsoon infections. My room was well lit with light melodious music playing. Lakshmi(my therapist) provided me with disposable clothes. She was soft spoken. She was kind to ask me that was I comfortable with room temperature and music. The room was neat and clean. They also have a locker where you can keep your valuables and lock them when you are having therapy.

Laxmi started massaging with tea tree oil with neem extracts. Tea tree itself is very cool and massage with tea tree oil is relaxing and refreshing. Neem as we all know has medicinal values was main ingredient of this therapy and was responsible to kill germs and prevent monsoon infection. She was gentle while massaging and kind to ask was I comfortable with the amount of pressure she was applying. I have visited spa many times, sometimes with my friends and sometimes with my mom, but this experience was really nice. I wish to visit the spa again for may be body polishing ;) The therapy was so relaxing that I fell asleep in between.

After my session I was asked to fill in the feedback form by Ajay. He then briefed me about there membership plans which I found was very reasonable and have attractive discount on weekdays. This chit chat was with a cup of green tea. Ajay gave me the prescription booklet and guide to stress free living along with cooling gel which I can apply on temples and forehead to relax and have a sound sleep. Ajay also told me about there new launch therapy called Foot spa. A quick look at the ambiance for you lovely people hope you like the tour.

Overall I enjoyed their services and I am definitely going back for facial and body polishing. I am delighted by there services and I recommend you to go an attend a spa session to relax and rejuvenate.

Stay Healthy!
