A balance diet is what you need to stay fit and fiddle. If you are healthy your skin will will glow automatically.

1. Sprouts for health:

Sprouts are rich in protein. So if your body needs more protein eat sprouts as they are rich source of protein. Eat sprouts fresh and raw instead of cooking them or boiling them. As after boiling or cooking many vitamins gets destroyed which are beneficial for beautiful skin. It hydrates skin and gives a clean and fairer look.




2.Benefits of Walnut:

Walnut has alphalinolic which helps to keep heart healthy. Healthier your hear healthier you are. This helps in controlling diabetes. Also after having oily food in some people it is observed that their joints get swollen, It helps to cure that as well. They have B-Vitamin which can work wonders for skin by fighting free radicals.


3.Skin Whitening:


Take one table spoon lemon juice,tomato juice, cucumber juice and sandal wood powder. Mix all the ingredients to form a paste and apply it over your face. Keep it for 15 minutes and then wash your face. repeat the procedure twice to thrice a week.
