ok got it...I'd like to add something here. giving tips are always easy, but implementing it with consistency is the key and only way to see the result. Other than grapes, you have a lot of other fruits such as Apple, banana, papaya, strawberry (all berries in fact) gives different benefits to your skin. What about drinking water? a sound sleep...aren't they easy (implementation wise?)...LOL. Nice blog. Keep-up the good working continuing. Thanks ;-)
