He always stands for his son and it was no surprise that he supported him this time also. Recently in an interview when asked about that Adhyayen chooses the wrong time to speak up, he said,” He didn’t choose the time, the time chose him. We told the journalist that Adhyayan wasn’t interested very clearly even though she pushed him to speak so many times. The main reason being exactly what is happening now - the backlash and allegations that he did for publicity. He decided to speak only once and told the journalist to convey the truth to the world - it wasn’t him who picked up the phone to talk but she who persuaded him.”

On being asked when Adhyayen called her witch. He said,” She keeps referring that people have called her a psychopath or witch. Where has Adhyayan called her a witch? It was the pandit who suggested that she could be doing black magic. Not Adhyayan.”
