1.Steam for beautiful skin

Taking steam using a steamer is great for skin. If you do not have a steamer then you may pour hot water in a bucket, tie up your hairs and place your face above the bucket and cover using a towel so that you feel the vapors all over your face. This will make your face clean as it will remove dead skin. All the dirt and grime will get removed from open pores. Apply a face mask after taking steam to close the open pores.

2.When you buy footwear

If you like wearing sandals and you want to make your legs look longer then avoid buying broad striped heels/sandals. Stripes of sandal should be nude or pastel color as it will not only provide grip but also will make your of legs look longer.

3.For good health

Before cooking vegetables wash them in luke warm water with salt as that will kill all the bacteria and germs present on vegetables. During monsoon season involve garlic,black pepper and spices in your diet. Drink black tea and green tea at least once a day as it will help increase metabolism rate.
